*Ahem* Sorry about that. Yes, we're back! In case you haven't kept up with our social media and other videos this second series of the podcast will have an over-arcing theme. The brief takeover might just have clued you in that the reviews will all be focused on episodes featuring the Borg or other advanced A.I. We kick off with probably the most famous Borg story, if not the most famous Trek story overall; the assimilation of Picard into Locutus and the Enterprise crew's response, especially new Captain Riker who is undergoing his own crisis of confidence and self-examination. Regular host Mike is back and for this first episode is joined by Cristian Fox of the Yelling About Trek podcast (among others). The two start with the usual introductory questions and the return of the "legendary" Hit or Miss section, before getting stuck into the review. There was a lot to say about this famous storyline and Cristian crushed it as a new guest so this episode ended up as a bumper length return for the podcast format, but it's all a great listen and definitely worth your time. So snuggle up in your regeneration alcove with a cup of Raktajino (talk about a mixed metaphor!) and enjoy...
