I'll be discussing the classification of fats, differentiating between the health benefits of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and the harmful effects of trans fats. I'll also be sharing insights from a 2020 review by the American College of Cardiology, making it crystal clear that whole-fat dairy, unprocessed meat, eggs, and dark chocolate aren't out here plotting against your cardiovascular system.
