Reverse engineer your monthly meal plan using themes and categories.  It will reduce pressure and decision fatigue.


 


Fun Friday 


  • Corn dogs and cucumber salad

  • Cheese pizza and carrots and dip

  • Wings and Caesar r salad 

  • Chicken nuggets, smiley fries and corn

  • Shredded Chicken, Roasted Cauliflower Nachos


 


Light Saturday


  • Grilled cheese and vegetable soup

  • Scrambled eggs with feta and cut up tomatoes

  • Mac and Cheese- Kraft Dinner

  • Chicken noodle soup--

  • BLT Wraps


 


Gonna do Salad Sunday



 


Pork


  •  Sausage, potato, carrots, onions, celery foil pack

  •  Schnitzel,  mashed potato gravy and mixed veggies

  • Ham with mashed potatoes, and frozen veggies


 


Chicken


  • Chicken burger With caesar salad

  • Dumplings and fried rice

  • Stuffed chicken breast With chickpea salad

  • Greek Chicken and Greek Salad


 


Beef


  • Hamburger helper

  • Spaghetti and meat sauce

  • Shepherd's pie

  • Meatballs with plain pasta parmesan And garlic

  • Beef Stir-Fry on rice

  • Unstuffed Cabbage rolls

  • Sloppy Joes


 


Fish


  • Salmon quinoa bowls

  • Tuna melts With pasta salad

  • Salmon Burgers with balsamic asparagus and green salad


 


Meatless


  • Spaghetti Carbonara

  • Ravioli in rose sauce

  • Lentil tacos


 


Weekly Meal Plan: (Last 5 minutes)


 


Monday- Chicken Stir Fry on Noodles


Tuesday- Shepherd's Pie


Wednesday- Hamburgers in Mushroom Soup


Thursday- Chicken Drumsticks on rice and corn


Friday- Corndog and Cucumber Salad


Saturday- Chicken Noodle Soup in Instant Pot


Sunday- Leftovers and Clean out the fridge
