In this episode I talk about a childhood dance class that left a deep-seated impact on me. I was the 'different' one, the one the costume didn't fit. That experience was a stark reminder of the limiting beliefs I had been nurturing - that I wasn't worthy enough. But it was also a turning point, pushing me to seek out the right tools - therapy, journaling- to overcome these beliefs.
