Heath Riles - 70 time BBQ Champ and Memphis in May Ribs WInner

When it comes to the "living legend" in the BBQ world you would be hard pressed to not have Heath RIles on your list. A winner of over 70 BBQ titles around the country and, most recently, beat all comers at Memphis in May for 1st place in ribs.
