In this episode we are joined by Nick Watson. Nick is a Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner and a Radical Mycologist who is using mushrooms to help people implement change in their lives.

As you know, we love to talk about the all mighty mushroom!

In this conversation we touch on everything fungi; from the ancient use of mushrooms and their connection to human consciousness, the importance of mushrooms in promoting mental health & wellbeing, their ability to transmute and therefore their potential to revolutionise various industries and aid the survival of our planet.

There is a lot we can learn from the resilience and connectivity of the complex Mycelium network, as mushrooms demonstrate the power of collaboration and also the importance of boundaries as their systems both share nutrients, but also adjust to thrive with other species. They can teach us so much.
