Kahreela shares her personal journey of realising, through a chocolate bar, that she was holding onto a shadow belief that love was a lie. This lead to some definite 'love searching' through ceremony, shadow work, and lots more chocolate!

Awareness, shadow work and mindfulness are all ways that Kahreela & Fi discuss to unlock deep routed belief that can be holding us all back from experiencing love fully, and in all parts of our life.

And the good news is that Love is not a lie, it is Truth.
