I am a mama of three, yoga teacher and your maternal wellness coach. I am a survivor of postpartum depression and have experienced the loss of identity, overwhelm and anxiety that so many mothers today face.
Here’s what I believe: Being a mom does not mean being a martyr. You matter mama and deserve to feel well. Through honest conversations, relatable stories and expert interviews with mavens in maternal wellness, this is a space for you to learn, grow and be encouraged to keep prioritizing you.
In this episode Haley Miskowiec, the Prenatal Nutritionist and Ella discuss prenatal nutrition, bust some prenatal food myths, discussion some common but not so normal symptoms in pregnancy and empower you to take action to feel healthy and well. We also talk about body image in pregnancy and how this is truly a time to embrace the growth and change. Pregnancy can truly be a time to enjoy and not worry about how you are nourishing you and your baby if you are informed and educated. Haley's passion is to give you the tools so you can let go of those fears and lean into that joy.
