Matt gets asked alot about business plans at speaking engagements and podcasts but his answer is always the same, after a week your business plan will suck and not matter anymore.    

It's a great exercise for theoretical thinking but means nothing in the real world. No business plan has survived first contact with a customer learn more in this episode.
