Definitely more of a heavy episode this week, but something that I think is important to normalize and to talk about more. We’re talking about the importance of healing your relationship with food, some steps towards doing that, and how to recognize an unhealthy relationship to begin with.
Reminder, I’m not a doctor. I’m not a nutritionist, or a dietitian, or a therapist. If you are struggling with disordered eating, or a diagnosed eating disorder, please seek professional help from practitioners who are properly educated on this. I’m quite literally a 21 year old girl simply trying to figure out how to exist, and wanting to help other people also exist.
