Loyalty and integrity are key virtues.  Their presence is reflected through the authenticity and emotional intelligence of our actions.  Clearly we are all works-in-progress when it comes to these key virtues.  ‘I trust you’ is the greatest compliment we can ever receive.  Trust is a gift that is given to us by others.  We need be able to demonstrate our trustworthiness in order to earn the trust of those we seek to serve.  Loyalty and integrity provide evidence of our trustworthiness.

2. This is where change begins.  An ongoing sense of urgency is essential for actions that lead you to better results.

1. Why are better habits necessary to achieve better results?
2. Because our current habits are getting us our current results.  They cannot get us better results.  If we want better results we need better habits.
