#251 - There's a problem going on right now in our world and it's called Mommy Wine Culture. Celeste Yvonne hits it head-on with her new book "It's Not About the Wine: The Loaded Truth Behind Mommy Wine Culture". Besides being an author, Celeste is also a runner, and a recovery coach. We talk about all those things this week. 

Just a note: There were a couple technical issues, but I don't think it made too much of a difference in the recording. And also, it seemed to be the worst day of the year for my allergies, so pardon if a couple coughs made it through.
