Sometimes giving your customers too many choices can be a bad thing. John and Angel share about an event they sold Angel's cupcakes at that was a disaster. But after some analysis they came up with a simple solution that is opposite of what everyone thinks. Just because you had a bad day, doesn't mean your business is bad. You just need to try again.
