Jason has some great insight as to why it’s so difficult for us to ask for money. He talks about the taboo we have around it and why we feel it may be easier to find a new job rather than have the tough conversation with our employer about increasing our salary. He also explains why that may not always be the best decision. I even find out when the best time is to ask for that raise.
Jason explains to us that we shouldn’t be preparing a resume to find a new job but to better our current situation.
