ASX 200 closes down 13 points to 7282 on a big day for corporate news. Two blockbuster bids for ALU up 39% and HSN up 22% kicked off some buying in other techs, APX up 6.1% and NXL up 6.2%. Elsewhere AUSTRAC launched a three pronged offensive on NAB, SGR and SKC on AML issues and governance. Miners better but banks slipped on NAB issues. Dow futures down 30 points. European markets opening flat.
