I also share one of my favorite tricks to achieve my daily goals. Motivation can come and go, but when you physically see your progress and your goals, it becomes a lot easier to stay accountable to it. Bright colors, actively reviewing daily habits, & thinking about them daily is how I am able to stick to a habit & stay accountable to it.
