3. Make a Battle Plan - Write down how you’ll defend your family (prayer, cutting distractions), your faith (knowing your stuff), and yourself (hit the gym, hit the pew). Then do it.

This isn’t optional—our homes are war zones, and the enemy’s already inside. St. Joseph acted fast; we’ve got to move too.
