Instant gartification is a common struggle but the spiritual roots of this go deeper than you might imagine. This episode we peel back the layer and hopefully understand how the easy road and the 'check out' options we are all so familiar with, may be the biggest energy leak in your life and what to do about it.
Everyones flavour of instant gratification is different and personal however some examples include social media scrolling, junk food, alcohol, drugs, Netflix, skipping the workout to hang out with friends, impulse shopping etc.
