I discuss the problem of old stories and how to think about them. I also explore the outcome of letting them go, which can lead to a sincere, empowered, limitless, and fulfilled life. I will dive deeper into how different stories are ingrained into us and how to begin to move beyond them to something new.
I discuss three ways stories can develop to hold you back from what you truly desire, including the acceptable society story, the outside narrator story, and your internal antagonist. I share examples of how individuals let go of old stories and create new ones that align with their values and goals.
