I like to say that each day is like a massive juicy burger—it doesn't matter what's going on in the middle as long as the buns hold it together. The buns, in this case, are how you start and end your day.


I want to focus on a positive way to start the day with your morning routines and how you can establish those. I've got some tips for you:


  • Decide what needs to be in your routine to make you feel refreshed before leaving the house. 
  • Create a logical step-by-step flow of your morning routine so you can stick to it. 
  • My favorite tip is to use the alarm system to keep you on track.


These steps will help you get through your days with less stress and with more productivity.
