In this episode I sit down with April Federico. April wears many hats and she discusses all of them in this episode.

April was diagnosed with Diabetes in 2022 and she has transformed her life since this diagnosis. She is now a nutritionist, who aims to help educate and empower women 18+ with chronic illnesses.

April created a method she calls "The CICERO METHOD". She discusses exactly what this method is and how it has helped her and other women. 

April and I also discuss perspectives and how everything in life comes down to how you see the world.

I discuss the book, "The World Is Yours" By Kurtis Lee Thomas.
