What’s the best way to get the gift of feedback and how as a boss show you react.
So you’re the boss, you are the head of a department or a team and with that you have an air of knowledge and dare I say it power. Well at least positional power. But you feel that you are approachable and ready to learn, so with all that in mind how do you response to feedback?
You say you are open to it; you make sure you give plenty of feedback to your team and directs but what’s your reaction to getting feedback like.?
