Hi welcome to manager matt. This weeks show looks at how to give good solid advice and feedback.

Well I can bet at some point in your life We have all been in the position, where we are doing our best for people, giving out free feedback, knowledge, advice, but despite our best efforts the person asking for the advice doesn’t take a blind bit of notice.

They normally plough on doing the same thing and getting the same results, over and over again. Einstein spoked about this and according to some, it’s the definition of madness, doing the same action and expecting different results.
