Accountability Who's Is it?

This week I speak about the idea of been accountable as a leader. The idea that everything you do and everything you are in charge of is your accountability. Your team need to know that you are there for them, you are the true leader to make sure they get the best tools to hit their targets. To many people hide behind everone and let them take the fall.
