Amazing Fathers Darren Main

Darren is a San Francisco based yoga teacher and author. He leads the weekly yoga class in Grace Cathedral for hundreds of yogis and he has written many books on yoga and meditation.

This week he shares his story of being a single dad to his son, what he wants for his son and when he knew he wanted to be a parent.
