Let it go during Lent

Lent is a time to let go of everything that is not serving and building up the kingdom of God. That can look different for everyone! To voluntarily make sacrifices sounds silly to anyone who hasn't done it before, but when we suffer in the physical there is often fruit in the spiritual.
