We have been conditioned to push our heavy feelings down, and show up in the world with a smile. However, we know that this is unhealthy. If we don't process our emotions in a healthy way, they will continue to show up when we are triggered, and can hold us back from reaching our full potential. This is why it is important to find healthy ways to feel our feelings, so we can heal and let go. Finding safe spaces to use coping mechanisms and process our feelings will allow us to be free of the pain that is holding us back. You've got to feel it to heal it, and we will be here for you every step of the way. We love you!!!
