Season 2 - #1 What I learned from a full year of Podcasting (and why I'm pushing it even farther in 2019)

In this episode, we review some things people told me, and some things I wish people told me before starting a podcast.

Specifically:

1. Have a plan. For content & guests.
   


2. Get some episodes in the bank.
   


3. Don't worry about gear.
   


4. Commit to a schedule.
   


5. It’s not easy.
   


6. Research your guests. Find out as much as you can (it gives you some nice nuggets to pull out.)
   


7. Go Deep and Wide.
   


8. Use Simplecast.
   


9. Have fun.
