Day 205 || You're Accountable

When people criticize us or call us out on our bullshit - it’s because they believe in us. They know we can do better and expect better and trusted us enough to tell us we slipped up. Be gracious. Be kind. Be patient. And understand it’s not a personal attack on your character. It’s a comment on your behavior which can be changed for the better. Focus on growth and developing so you don’t have to feel these same feelings of defensiveness in the future.
