Day 184 || See a Need Fill a Need

If you have the energy - don’t be afraid to step up and fill needs before they need to be filled as long as you remember that it’s not your responsibility to be useful all of the time or ever, honestly. Instead of thinking you always have to be of use, allow yourself to simply be - and remember your worth remains unflinching - even when you aren’t the one to save the damned day.
