ADHD is not an easy thing to cope with, but there are people out there sharing what's worked for them, and that works for me. And as the famous @the-majestic-cheese-turtle once advised: "waterproof clock in the shower, trash can with automatic lids, wall hooks for your regular hoodie, and clear bins so that things can be stored but aren't invisible." may be a great place to start. Also @earthtokk suggests we reframe our thinking of the process of chores as a thing to finish, and consider it a cycle we can jump in and out of as needed, and I really appreciated that.
