if you’re trying to get out of a funk or like we’ve been discussing: escape the survival mode - there are different things that will work at different times. I think the foundation still stands: 1. IDENTIFY sources and see if you can downsize stress. What can we delegate? What can we improve the process of? What can we switch up for the better? IDENTIFY - REDUCE - RESTRUCTURE - and then if you’re stuck with shit you still don’t wanna do - so REFRAME with gratitude and more positivity if you can. What can we change our perspective on to get more rewarding feedback or wisdom from it. I'm a RETREATER. What about you?
