The Technique: It may help to think of our mental health like our own personal garden.
Everyone's foundations, needs, goals, and process will be unique + nuanced. Adaptability + balance is a big part in sustaining a flourishing garden. We can (+ will want to) apply general tips + tricks but what we need to be successful will be hyper specific to our personal situation.
