Give yourself adequate time to process the process.
When life gets a little too: 'go, go, go!' I have to schedule in processing time to sit + think about my day so I don't get bogged down with experience. I find the more I just push + power through any experiences or feelings (big or small), the less comfortable I feel in my body. My brain feels stressed + it takes a while to decompress at night, but when I am intentional with my processing time, I find myself far less stressed in general.
