When you fall the slightest bit behind, do you feel overwhelmed by all the shit you're not doing? If so, you're probably like me + instead of doing the thing you're freaking out about not doing, you spend all that time freaking out about the freak out, instead.
I've begun to embrace my "it's on the list, it'll get done" energy by intentionally utilizing the list but never overthinking the list.
The list should be a way to let go until you're ready to pick it back up. The key is to remember why you started the list, which was to reduce stress. Use the list to ease all the things you've not done, but not be an additional stressor to remind you of all the things you've not done.
