Sound is an inescapable part of our daily lives that impacts our energy in a subtle and not so subtle way. Used consciously, it has the power to heal on a cellular level, elevate the frequency of the electromagnetic vibration of our human body, and hold us in a parasympathetic state while allowing us to access deeper brainwave states. Feeling safe to express sound is also an incredibly powerful medicine that we all have access to, if we can drop the shame & stigmas around “not being a singer.” When we learn how to shift the narrative from “how does this sound” to “how does this feel?” we access a deeper state of our personal power and birthright of creativity through expression.
