Helen has a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling specializing in Trauma and Crisis Counseling. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, A License NLP in hypnosis

A Certified EMERGE practitioner, a certified trauma-informed coach, and a fellow iPEC coaching graduate with a Professional Certified Coach Accreditation from the International Coach Federation.

In her words, Helen is someone who was searching for answers for most of her life but more often than not, only found answers to questions she didn’t even know she needed to ask.

She spent the greater part of her adult life in a state of survival after having experienced years of childhood sexual abuse and childhood bullying by both classmates and teachers.

She had no idea who she was or what she wanted or if she was even allowed to have what she wanted in the first place!

Today, she is an inspiring coach to the clients she works with, as well as for other women coaches who struggle to put themselves out there in the world in sharing their trauma surviving stories.

It was not easy for Helen to come this far in her life and start her coaching business.
