Shonna has spent more than 15 years in global organizations leading org-wide and team-specific development, performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes. She’s a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Michigan Chapter, leading their Community Outreach efforts.
