Episode 2 - Care First Leadership With Rami Jamil

This week I got to meet back up with an old friend.  Rami Jamil is the Executive Vice President at Next Door Lending, a fast-growing mortgage lender outside of Detroit, Mi.  He is the definition of a care-first leader in everything he does, and today he shares his philosophy, mistakes that he saw his leader make when he first got promoted, and how now he focuses on seeking and internalizing feedback to grow.
