The Machete Drink

Ingredients:

1.7 oz 100% Agave Tequila

0.7 oz Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 oz Agave Syrup

0.3 oz Mezcal (for a smoky twist)

0.2 oz Jalapeño-infused Triple Sec (Just let a Jalapeno sit over night in a glass of Triple Sec)

A pinch of Sea Salt

Fresh Cilantro for garnish

Method:

In a shaker,

combine the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, mezcal, and jalapeño-infused triple sec with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a salted rim.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Enjoy your flavorful creation!
