When I did B-School in 2020,  I was taught by Marie Forleo  " if you want to make a bigger impact in your business, you need to hire a VA".  So after side hustling for about 9 months,  I made decision to invest and get support on the tasks I'm not great at.  I hired my first VA in September 2020 and  never look back at this decision.
