'Morning Routines' have been thrown around a lot recently and been used almost like a trend. We feel overwhelmed and stressed out after seeing other peoples versions of a Morning Routine. We fear that we aren't "doing enough" or "doing it right" - which obviously is not the goal with Morning Routines!!!
