#023: Lessons in Leadership from a Teenager with Bailey Sellfors

In today’s episode I’m joined by the incredibly inspiring Bailey Sellfors, a 17 year old climate change activist who dove into activism without any prior experience and has gone on to help start and grow a youth owned non-profit organization committed to climate change activism on a global scale in less than a year. Bailey shares with us the leadership lessons she has learned on her journey and how you can apply it to your own life to go after your dreams and passions, no matter where you are starting.
