today we have a special guest, a great friend of mine  Phil Posley on the show, Phil is a St.Louis Missouri native, played college football at Lindenwood University and today Phil takes the time to talk about racial injustice, his experience growing up as a black man in America, black lives matter and what you can do to take a stand for justice.
