We had the pleasure of talking to Sahil Makhija about his YouTube channel Headbanger's Kitchen, his book Keto Life and about his metal band Demonic Resurrection.

Since then there has been no looking back. The show has changed formats and styles over the years but the constant has been the great food. With more focus on Keto recipes in the recent past, the show has grown tremendously and it’s only going to get better from here on.
