Episode 20 – Lusk AC at the Boston 5K, Boston Marathon and London Marathon

On episode 20 we talk collectively to Lusk AC members Sheila Bourke, Paddy Downey and Richard Foy. Sheila recently raced the Boston 5K, placing second in her age category behind former Olympian Kara Goucher. Paddy and Richard tell us about their experiences prepping for and running the Boston and London Marathons respectively.
