Episode 14 - Aidan O'Mahony, Safety Whilst Running and Meet our Men's Captain

On this episode we talk to former Kerry senior Gaelic Footballer Aidan O'Mahony. Aidan, a 5 time All-Ireland winner with Kerry, is also a community guard. He talks to us about his enjoyment of running, his charity work with CRY and also offers some valuable advice on how best to keep safe whilst exercising and running. We also meet Lusk AC men's road running captain, Keith Green. He discusses his involvement with the club, some memorable races and the many benefits of being an active member of an athletics club.
