If you find yourself working out multiple times per week and eating "clean" yet STILL are not able to release weight (even if your doc told you to lose weight for PCOS πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„) -- then listen to this episode.

It's NOT your fault or all in your head -- and I know you're trying.Β  EVERY WOMAN is different and while the below suggestions are generalized, let me know how it goes for you. Remember that the weight will come off as a SIDE EFFECT of balancing your gut bacteria, blood sugar, liver + cortisol.

Start To:
Eliminate refined carbsΒ  such as donuts, pasta (even if it's gluten free), bagels, pastries, etc.
Increase protein intake from grass fed meat, cage-free eggs, organic tempeh, etc.
Eat an ABUNDANCE of veggies (broccoli,Β  bok choy, bell peppers, avocados, egg plant, cauliflower, etc)
Limit fruit to green apples and berries for now.
Eat organic, high quality fats like butter, avocado and coconut oil.
Eliminate processed foods such as hot dogs, frozen dinners, etc.
Reduce or eliminate sugar (even fruit such as mangos, bananas, pineapples). Small amounts of maple syrup may be ok for some women).
Address emotional eating (I can help you with that).
Move your body for 20-30 minutes a day (non-high intensity) such as yoga, pilates, walks and hiking.

I trust this helps as much as possible.

Helping women balance their hormones + get their life back brings me immense joy. Let's talk if you have PCOS and would love more support.

xoxo
