It can be devastating for a woman to experience hair loss and/or hair thinning.

Hair loss is increasingly common in women of all ages today, primarily due to hormone imbalances, toxic exposures, thyroid issues, stress, and nutrient deficiencies. So, in this episode, I'd like to shine light on why you may be experiencing hair loss,  and natural strategies that get to the root of the issue.

We will go over:

  • Conventional therapies that currently exist, and why they may not address the root reason of why you're experiencing hair loss
  • Labs to ask your doctor (you'll want to take notes!)
  • The hormonal connections to hair loss
  • Natural strategies that address nutrient deficiencies (such as low iron) as well as balancing hormones
