A letter to my PCOS gals 💌
I know you're confused. I know the good, high quality information out there for you is slim. I know you've been told to lose weight from your doctor. I know that you've been told (and experienced) that PCOS causes weight gain and to eliminate PCOS, you must lose weight...and yet no matter what you do or what you eat, the weight doesn't seem to budge...OR you don't even need to lose weight in the first place!!
